Founder and Managing Director René van Gerwen has gained his expertise starting with an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Climate Control/HVAC) at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, continuing in positions as designer, test engineer, consultant, trainer, researcher, team leader, project manager, and 16 years as Global Lead Engineer in one of the largest FMCG multinationals. Experience has been built up through numerous projects, working in almost all countries and regions over the world, in various roles, responsibilities and companies.
